The 46th Annual Maryland State Long Course Swimming Championships will be held at the Rockville Swim & Fitness Center from May 30 to June 1, 2025. Below is a summary of important meet information, including warm-up times and event order highlights.

• 13 & Over: Warm-up from 2:00–2:50 PM | Competition begins at 3:00 PM
• 11–12 and 10 & Under: Warm-up from 6:10–6:40 PM | Competition begins at 6:50 PM

• Friday includes 400 Freestyle events and 50s of each stroke.
• Saturday and Sunday feature a full program of events, including relays and 200-meter stroke events.
• Mixed gender relays are scheduled across all age groups.
• 400 Freestyle and 400 IM events may be limited to the top 32–40 entrants depending on entry volume.

• Meet programs will not be sold on site; real-time event information will be available via Meet Mobile.
• All events are pre-seeded; positive check-in is not required.
• Bonus events are permitted (excluding 400-meter events).
