omg girl, i gotchu!! πŸŠβ€β™€οΈβœ¨ so basically, since you’re 12 and swimming for Maverick Aquatics, you are literally crushing it! your profile on Swim Standards tracks all your times, and since you're in the 11-12 group, those times are graded by tiers like B, BB, A, AA, AAA, and AAAA (AAAA is like, total elite mode standard) πŸ†if you want to level up and drop those times to hit your next big cut, here is the secret tea:the walls are everything! hold that streamline so tight and do 4-6 massive dolphin kicks off every single wall. seriously, that’s where you leave everyone in the dust πŸ§œβ€β™€οΈdon't just spin your arms! make sure you're reaching far and pulling tons of water with each stroke instead of just moving fast. efficiency is key, bestieeee! ⏱️prep for next year! you're turning 13 soon UGH I HATE THE THOUGHT OF BEING 13 which means longer sets, so working hard at practice right now is going to pay off SO big later. And btw im younger than u (im jasmine siadaty from ACAC) but like im a nerd and speak from knowledge so thank me
