Fundraiser for struggling swim teams

My swim team is struggling to stay afloat among all the bigger ones, anyone got an idea to help us? Please help, I care about this team a lot.

Thanks! We also just lost a bunch of great coaches, and kids aren't feeling very motivated right now. Me and a group of friends are playing music to raise money, and we have a intrasquad meet on Friday. Hopefully this will go well!

That intrasquad meet and music idea sounds awesome! Local business sponsorships or hosting small bake sales during meets usually help raise a bit extra too. Hope the Friday event goes well for your team!
