New 2023 MD Long Course Championships Time Standards Released with Loosened LCM Times

We are pleased to announce that the 2023 MD Long Course Championships Time Standards have just been added to our list of qualifying times. Please note that many LCM (Long Course Meters) times have been loosened up quite a bit, making it easier for swimmers to qualify for this prestigious event.
