We are pleased to announce that the 2023 MD Long Course Championships Time Standards have just been added to our list of qualifying times. Please note that many LCM (Long Course Meters) times have been loosened up quite a bit, making it easier for swimmers to qualify for this prestigious event.
For more information on the new time standards, please visit our website at https://swimstandards.com/times/2023-md-long-course-championships-time-standards.
For those of you who have not yet made the qualifying times, we wish you the best of luck in this weekend's LC (Long Course) meet. Keep pushing yourself to reach your goals, and we hope to see you at the Championships later this year.
