Season Dropdowns with Synchronized Changes

and change the drop down to 2022 (meets and swimmers change at the
same time, a little unexpected) but the thing I was wanting to point
out here was actually "Data is not avaiable yet!"
(mis-spelling of available, and also probably needs to say something
different in this case)

The typo has been fixed. But we still keep the Season Dropdowns with Synchronized Changes. Will make a change when more people vote "No".
