Note: Although 50-yard/meter events are no longer recognized in Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly, they may still be included in certain meets, such as the NCSA National Junior Champs.

These events provide swimmers with a range of competitive opportunities at the senior level. Please note that eligibility for participating in these championships and events is subject to the regulations and guidelines set by the respective LSCs.

For more detailed information on specific event requirements, entry procedures, and qualification standards, please refer to the official USA Swimming rules and regulations documentation or consult with your coach or local swimming committee.

Keep swimming and reaching for new heights in your senior swimming journey!
