Hi, how many times per week is the race data pulled? Had a meet this week and looking to see when those times would reflect. This is Arizona for context.

We import data daily, as new data can become available at any time during the week. For Arizona, there can sometimes be a delay, and in some cases it may take more than a week, depending on how often your LSC submits the data.
From what I can see, the most recent one, the 2026 JSC Team Combine held on 8/28, was imported into our system on 9/1.
If you let us know the meet name, we can manually look up the results for you.

So a few different things - on my sons ranking page on the app it says he is the 7th fastest in the USA in the 50 free - his name is Van Dies. He is definitely not that fast. His time puts him around 1200 on your website. Any chance the app will be updated properly? Also the website does not reflect the most recent times from this past weekend that are updated in the app.

What you saw is the ranking for the 2026–2027 season, which only includes swims from September 1, 2026 onward. Since the season has just started, fewer than a dozen meets have been held by clubs across the U.S. So far, Van is ranked 7th out of only 66 swimmers.Both the website and the app have a similar dropdown, like the one shown below (screenshot from the website), that allows you to view rankings from previous seasons.
Also, since there are not many swims yet for the 2026–2027 season, we have not added the 2026–2027 option to the main Rankings page yet. However, the rankings have already been generated based on the data currently available.
