How to add a new swimmer profile for a swimmer not in the database?

My 10yo daughter is American/Thai and we live in Thailand and her competitions have all been in either Thailand or other SE Asian countries. Tried to add her profile but her name not found. She does have a profile on Swim Cloud.

Thank you for reaching out! Our data is mainly focused on USA Swimming club swimming, and we currently don’t support user-submitted swimmer profiles.

However, if you don’t mind, please send your daughter’s information, including her full name and team/club to support@swimstandards.com. We can try to set up a profile for her on our end. Once the profile is created, we can look into helping you add her swim times as well.
