Meet Highlights:- Senior Championship Format – Prelims and four finals heats (A, B, C, D)
- Timed Finals: 800 Free, 1500 Free, Relays
- Positive Check-in Required for 400/800/1500 Free, 400 IM, and all relays
- Bonus Events: 2 per 1 qualified entry (except 800/1500 Free)
- Max Entries: 3 individual events/day, 6 for the meet
- Time Trials: Offered daily after prelims (limit 1/day)

- 8-lane LCM course with Paragon blocks
- Certified pool (Article 104.2.22C)
- Permanent spectator seating for 970
- Warm-up/cool-down lanes available
Meet Schedule (CST):Day Session Warm-Up Start Wed-Sat Prelims 6:45–8:45 AM 9:00 AM Wed-Sat Finals 3:45–5:15 PM 5:30 PM
Entries & Deadlines:- Entry Deadline: July 23, 2025 (11:59 PM CT)
- Out-of-Zone Entry: July 26 (by 6 PM or cap of 500)
- Entry Format: Meet Manager file only
- No NT Entries – must enter fastest provable time
- Late Entries Accepted On Deck: Until 8:15 AM each day
Fees:- $15.00 per individual event
- $30.00 per relay
- $10 LSC Surcharge / $20 Facility / $5 SZ Meet Surcharge
- Time Trials: $15 (individual), $30 (relay)
- Late Fees: Double

Awards & Scoring:- Medals for Top 8 in individual and relay events
- Team Trophies: Top 3 combined, men’s, and women’s teams

Notes:- Spectators: $5/session or $25/all sessions – seating in stands only
- Live Stream: Provided by Live Barn
- General Meeting: Tuesday, July 29 @ 7:00 PM via Zoom
- Deck Access: USA Swimming registered athletes, coaches, and officials only
