A big spoonful of yellow mustard is a classic hack because the vinegar and salt kickstart your nerves to make the muscle relax fast. If you don't have mustard, drinking a splash of pickle juice or eating a banana works wonders too. Just make sure to stretch it out and keep drinking water with a pinch of salt to keep those muscles happy. 💪💪💪<br />
I personally, as a swimmer use Chick-Fil-A mustard packets, and just keep them in my dry bag at a meet or practice to quickly banish cramps. 🏊‍♂️</p>
